Please spare a moment or few to read over our terms and conditions to ensure that you are happy with the service that we provide. Please note that any person(s) using and ordering from our site www.Keepitsweet.co.uk are deemed to understand and accept our terms and conditions. All feedback is gratefully received - especially those that let us know what else we can do to make things even sweeter. Delivery Information

Our aim at Keep It Sweet is to get your sweets to your door as soon as is possible in the best manner possible. Whether it's your home, your workplace, or to somebody else as the perfect gift, be rest assured that once it is packed we want you to receive your order in the best condition possible. All orders are sent out within 48 hours of receipt by standard parcel post or courier and should arrive to you within 1-3 working days from date of despatch. Please note - Unfortunately due to most delivery services not working weekends this time may be variable.

Keep It Sweet expect that all goods dispatched are signed for on delivery. Please ensure that if you are not going to be in when your sweets might be delivered that you put any special instructions in the 'Delivery Instructions' box that is present during the order process. This will allow our courier to know what to do should you not be in and may include instructions to leave with a neighbour or in a secure area. Please note that Keep It Sweet cannot be held liable for any parcels that our courier are asked to leave in a location in this manner. Failure to leave any special instructions will only delay the arrival of your sweets. If you are going to be out during the day why not have the sweets delivered to an address where someone will be able to sign for your sweets such as friends or a member of your family. Better still have your sweets delivered to your work address - a delivery from Keep It Sweet will brighten any dull day at the office.

Standard Delivery

To keep things sweet and simple our pricing policy for postage has been kept nice and easy and is set out in the table below. Of course some special items are excluded from this such as party bags and gifts, however postage here will still be as cheap as we can make possible.

We have subsidised the postage cost incurred to help bring you the best service possible. All gift items include postage and packaging in the cost so you only pay for what you see and not a penny more; unless you need it the next day (see below).
Please note that due to the circumstances out of our control Keep It Sweet cannot be held responsible for delays by third parties delivering our stock - but be rest assured that if you let us know we will do our utmost to sort out the problem and ensure it doesn't happen again. Due to carrier restrictions orders may be dispatched in multiple parcels.

Next Day Delivery

Please note that UK Mainland orders for next day delivery must be completed and received by us by 1 p.m. the day before you want the sweets to arrive. A signature will be required at delivery address for all next day deliveries.

Delivery will be made by either Royal Mail special delivery or our courier. Again we have made this as simple and cost effective as possible, and prices are set as in the following table:

Please note that restrictions will apply for orders to the Highlands, Northern Ireland and all offshore islands. Next day orders received on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. However should you require a delivery on a Saturday we can arrange this but there will be an additional charge. Please contact us at enquiries@keepitsweet.co.uk and we will work out the cost for you.
Please note that due to the circumstances out of our control Keep It Sweet cannot be held responsible for delays by third parties delivering our stock - but be rest assured that if you let us know we will do our utmost to sort out the problem and ensure it doesn't happen again. Please note there are no deliveries on bank holidays.

BFPO

Normal delivery charges will apply for all BFPO addresses. However delivery schedules are dictated by BFPO timescales please see www.bfpo.org.uk for details. Next day delivery service is not available for BFPO addresses.

We currently deliver to the following European Countries:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Out of Stock Items

Despite having a host of quality suppliers working hard for us to ensure that we can provide the quality, value and range everybody wants, at times an item or two will be unavailable. If this rare, but unfortunate event should occur we will do one of two things. Firstly we will substitute stock not available with something similar. If you are not happy with this replacement then no worries, simply follow our standard returns policy and we will swap the stock or simply credit you for it. If no similar item to that unavailable can be found then we will contact you and ask if you would like the rest of your order dispatched and the missing item(s) sent once in stock (at no extra postage costs), or if you would like us to hold back your order until everything is ready. Whatever the option chosen we aim to keep it sweet by always keeping you informed and ensuring that anything that is sent to you is of the finest quality and value.

Pricing Policy

Our mission at Keep It Sweet is to offer the best quality sweets online at the best value possible. We always aim to be amongst the best value online and offer price reductions to you through our increasing buying power and contacts in the world of sweets.

All our prices shown are for the quantity or weight displayed. Prices shown are not inclusive of delivery costs and these are clearly set out in our delivery terms and conditions. At times, due to circumstances beyond the control of Keep It Sweet the cost of items may greatly increase. Although we aim at all times to absorb increasing costs to offer the best value around we may have to increase the cost of items offered in order to maintain quality. This will not affect orders submitted before the item at which our online advertised price is altered.

Allergy Advice & Ingredients

Keep It Sweet customers should be aware that all our sweets are manufactured and packaged in environments in which nuts may be present and therefore Keep It Sweet cannot guarantee that any sweets supplied are free of nuts and nut traces. In addition we strive to supply ingredients of all sweets on offer for the benefit of our customers on request at enquiries@keepitsweet.co.uk. Please note that ingredients provided are those from manufacturers' packaging and lists and are therefore as accurate as those available from sweet manufacturers, we therefore cannot be held responsible for their content. Keep It Sweet reserves the right to use alternative manufacturers for all sweets on offer and therefore cannot guarantee that the ingredients listed will match exactly those advertised. Please remember that Keep It Sweet only sources the highest quality sweets to provide you with the best tasting treats.
