I ordered some personalised love hearts for my girlfriend for Christmas this year and just wanted to say how amazing the service was.
I received a call from Will who explained a certain part of my message would not be printed perfectly due to the font you use. He was apologetic, but explained the reason why. When he realised the order was for Christmas he said he would ensure the order was sent out that day (4 days before Christmas).
The order was received well in time and my girlfriend loved them.
