Our aim at Keep It Sweet is to get your sweets to your door as soon as possible, in the best condition possible.
Our delivery structure is calculated for UK Mainland, and a select number of European countries. Delivery to UK offshore destinations may incur an additional charge that we may contact you about if necessary. For any delivery queries please contact us. 90% of orders are dispatched within 24 working hours of ordering and 95% of customers receive their order within 2 working days. You may choose to have your order dispatched by either Royal Mail 1st Class Packet Post (if under 2kg including packaging) or courier. Your order should arrive to you within 1-4 or 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch respectively. Your postage costs will be clearly viewable at the checkout and are calculated by the weight or volume of the items ordered. Please see guide below.

Smaller orders are sent via Royal Mail and larger orders via a courier which will require a signature on delivery, so please ensure that if you are not going to be in when your sweets might be delivered that you put any special instructions in the 'Delivery Instructions' box that is present during the order process. This will allow our courier to know what to do should you not be in and it may include instructions to leave with a neighbor or in a secure area. Please note that Keep It Sweet cannot be held liable for any parcels that our courier are asked to leave in a location in this manner. Failure to leave any special instructions will only delay the arrival of your sweets. If you are going to be out during the day why not have the sweets delivered to an address where someone will be able to sign for your sweets such as friends or a member of your family. Better still have your sweets delivered to your work address - a delivery from Keep It Sweet will brighten any dull day at the office. If you are not in when Royal Mail deliver then they should leave a card providing instructions of when a re-delivery will be attempted or as to which local post office or depot your package can be collected from.
Next Day Delivery
Please note that UK Mainland orders for next day delivery must be completed and received by us by 1 p.m. the day before you want the sweets to arrive. A signature will be required at delivery address for all next day deliveries.
Delivery will be made by either Royal Mail special delivery or our courier. Again we have made this as simple and cost effective as possible, and prices are set by weight or volume. See following table as a guide:

Note - due to restrictions of coverage of services we are not able to offer next day delivery to the following post code areas: BT, JE, GY, IM, AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18-26, PH30.
Next day orders received on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. However should you require a delivery on a Saturday we can arrange this but there will be an additional charge. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work out the cost for you.
Normal delivery charges will apply for all BFPO addresses. However delivery schedules are dictated by BFPO timescales please see www.bfpo.org.uk for details. Next day delivery service is not available for BFPO addresses.

Anything is possible, is one of our motto's at Keep It Sweet, so if you want us to send sweets to somewhere outside of the EU, please get in touch and we will work out what can be done. Keep It Sweet cannot be held responsible for any delivery surcharges and import taxes or other official costs due on importing goods on delivery.Please note more economical shipping rates can be achieved for larger orders. Out of Stock Items
Despite having a host of quality suppliers working hard for us to ensure that we can provide the quality, value and range everybody wants, at times an item or two will be unavailable. If this rare, but unfortunate event should occur we will do one of two things. Firstly we will substitute stock not available with something similar. If you are not happy with this replacement then no worries, simply follow our standard returns policy and we will swap the stock or simply credit you for it. If no similar item to that unavailable can be found then we will contact you and ask if you would like the rest of your order dispatched and the missing item(s) sent once in stock (at no extra postage costs), or if you would like us to hold back your order until everything is ready. Whatever the option chosen we aim to keep it sweet by always keeping you informed and ensuring that anything that is sent to you is of the finest quality and value.
Don't get your Snickers in a Twix. In order to ensure our customers receive the best level of service and are happy to indulge their sweet tooth at Keep It Sweet we offer a comprehensive returns policy in the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with sweets delivered. Please note that the following returns procedure must be followed, and failure to do so may result in us being unable to exchange goods or provide refunds. Also please be aware that Keep It Sweet cannot be held responsible and hence provide refunds/exchanges on stock effected by circumstances beyond our control. This includes damage and neglect after goods are received, goods being stored in climatic conditions such as extremes of temperature that can effect some items. Please note that items often stick together or alter appearance slightly, but will taste the same. Also during the hot summer months goods in transport can be effected by the heat so be aware that delicate items such as chocolate may not always look as intended, but they will of course still taste as good as ever.
Keep It Sweet should be notified within 48 hours of receipt of your order of any part that is unsatisfactory. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and full name and delivery address. Once we have responded to your message goods must be returned within 7 days if requested by us. Please do not return any goods until we have replied to you. Goods returned should be in their original condition and packaging in which they arrived, along with a copy of the invoice or packing slip. Once received, items will be checked and refunds on goods and postage arranged where applicable. Keep It Sweet cannot issue refunds on simply unwanted goods due the perishable nature of goods on sale. Refunds/exchanges will only be offered on items that are faulty, and were clearly so at the time at which they were dispatched. Gift vouchers and bespoke orders cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Keep It Sweet will only except goods for return and refund/exchange if supplied by us and will only refund the costs of fair return postage and original sale price of goods. No additional compensation will be available on goods returned other than that already stated, as Keep It Sweet are not responsible for any costs or losses incurred after costs of goods and return postage.
Keep It Sweet always strive to be fair and just when dealing with our customers’ genuine problems. Please "keep it sweet" for all other sweetie enthusiasts by not making false and tiresome complaints as we want to spend our time supplying the best sweets we can at the best prices and false claims will only slow up the process for genuine problems. Please note that our terms and conditions are in order to offer a simple and fair policy to deal with genuine complaints and do not affect statutory rights of either party.
Keeping sweets sweet
At Keep It Sweet we package your sweets in a clean and hygienic environment and then heat seal each individual bag to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. In order to enjoy your sweets at their best we recommend that you consume them within 12 weeks of receipt, and that you store them in a cool, dark place, away from strong odours.
